I have a single “new employee” form that contains sensitive information that needs to be shared between 3 departments: IT, Accounting and HR. Certain fields, like salary, should be shared with Accounting and HR, but not IT. PC requirements only need to be sent to IT. Employee start date is shared with all 3 departments.
Is it possible to send some but not all fields to multiple email addresses?
