Attach Current Logged in WP User who submit form to email content of all forms

I need to have WP user info attach to all form’s submission. How would I do that?

Is there anyway to do this for all forms automatically rather than adding hidden fields? I mean, it is better to have a code in functions.php of theme in order to attach user info to every submissions message.
