Cant get my form to pop up.

Hi I have added qform to a button on the page. The issue is that when clicked it doesnt pop and the url just ads a # to the end. eg http://connectedelectrical.net.au/#

[button_icon icon=”none” size=”middle”]GET A QUOTE NOW[/button_icon][iphorm_popup id=”2″ name=”Quick Quote”][/iphorm_popup]

I have had this issue on my last installation. How do I fix again?

Im also having form saving issues and I just got a Curl error trying to get the widget to work?
