Captcha not working in IE

Im having this problem lately, I think it started after updating the plugin QuForm.

Captcha is not appearing in Internet Explorer, and even some reports told me its not working in Firefox too.

can anyone help please?

I disabled the captcha, lets see how it goes 🙂
If we get some spam attack, then we will see what to do about it.
