Change Database Values

Hello,

this plugin is amazing.

I just need a little modification: in the database I need to change the value.

Name/Surname shows up as “a:2:{i:2;s:5:”Prova”;i:4;s:5:”Prova”;}” and i need it to be in 2 different lines, and without anything but the input.
You can see a screenshot.
Please help me.

But i have another problem then: i can’t use multi select in order to archieve this.

Is there a way to make a multiple selections in radio button?
