Characters with accents after Export

When i import csv file in Excel, the characters with accents display strange symbols.

Hi i have the same problem
éè (accent) missing in UTF 8 and other when i import from excel
here a screenshot :

has you can see we have :
Nom et Pr_nom
N_ de T_l_phone
instead
Nom et Prénom
N° de Téléphone

you are right it’s not a problem from cvs :

Hello,

there are two problems at Excel Export :
> UTF-8 is not correctly decoded
> the empty fields are not exported

I have tried QuForm Excel plugin but it didn’t work. Do you have any solution ?
