Conditional logic – need help.

Hi,

i’m building a page for dancing courses. There are around 20 of them and every one have its own starting time or even more than one.

The problem is that i want to transfer the time and name of course (* watch picture *1) to the page with form (* watch picture *2).

Screens:

Picture *2

I’m not an expert in this conditional logic fields could anyone pls help me…

Tnx for your reply. Just one more short Question:

on form editor i made single text line -> settings -> optional -> default value ( i presume that here should be the function call) but i dont know the syntax.
