Conditional Mailchimp signup in Quform v2

I set up Mailchimp integration for V2 Quform using the documentation and it works fine. I didn’t see any reference to conditioning sign-up based on the answer to a question (I did see this in a post for V1 but not sure how it applies now.) I’m attaching a screenshot of my question. I only want Yes replies to get added to the MC list. Thanks

I too would like to know how to do this. Either with a checkbox or radio buttons. 🙂
