Conditional Rules Button Not Working

When I click the “conditional rules” options on a form element nothing appears.

If I check “conditional rules”, save the form, then reload the page the “conditional rules” field is unchecked again.

Please advise,

Hey Ally,

I’ve tried disabling all the plugins and using the WP default theme but the issue remains.
