Creating a minimum booking period with a reservation form

Hello,
We would like to use the form for reservations on one of our pubs website.
The form askes the customer:
1. Select Your Time & Date (Time Entry (with 30min time intervals) & Date Entry boxes)
2. Number of People
3. COntact details.

I would like to apply a rule to the form, where by the form will NOT let the customer select a time within 3 hours of the online booking time.

For example

The time is 3.00pm
A customer wants to book 3.30pm (half an hour after the online booking)

How do i get the time entry to block out all the times within three hours after the original booking time?

hope that makes sense!

Please let me know asap as this effecting our staff when bookings are being made.
