    Hi there,

    I am using the custom notification message, and I’m wondering if there is any shortcode that checks if the element is not empty. Or if there is a shortcode to include the label, assuming that it will only include if the field is not empty. I just want to remove the labels from fields that were not filled out. I’m using conditional logic that changes the fields and I don’t want to include labels that are empty in the message.

    e.g.: User filled label 2
    Label 1: {element|id:10|Type 1} I want to remove this line/label since it’s empty.
    Label 2: {element|id:10|Type 2}

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Ally,
    Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. The custom notification email should solve my problem.
