Date field – date formatting options dropdown: "." (dot) after day possible?

Hi there,

many thanks for this well developed plugin. I need only one small issue to be fixed: When adding a date field to a form, there are many options available of how to format the date which is later displayed in e-mail notification. As the option format “Donnerstag, 25 Dezember 2014” is common use in germany, I would like to use this one, which is however missing a dot after the day (25.). How to add this dot?
