disable "reply-to" function if form has email field

I am in desperately need of help.
I need to find a way to disable the “reply-to” setting from using the “email field” in my forms. I cannot select “none” in the reply-to box and this feature is essential.

My forms have multiple recipients and when one of them clicks “reply all” in their email client, the person who completed the form is receiving the message – leaving some embarrassing results!
