Display HTML text based on hidden filed

Hello Sir,

What I am trying to do:

I have 6 agents using the same form.
1. I am posting their name from the URL and I’ve make a dynamic value to select their name in the Drop-down menu
2. Based on the Drop down menu I am displaying their name on the form using HTML filed.

3. The problem is when I am hiding the drop down menu so only the HTML should be visible based on the hiding filed but the problem is nothing being display ..

any idea how to solve this issue ?!
