I am getting the following error:

Element ‘multi_checkbox[]’ does not exist in the HTML but is being validated, you must also remove the element configuration from process.php

    The page is at: http://www.petersway.com/2016/individuals.html

I am not using process.php, but a file titled join2.php instead.

Could you give me some guidance with this error?
