This is bizarre,
After further testing this morning, I eventually got a Hotmail.com form submission to work.
All previous 20 plus tests had failed to send an email to the webmaster but when I put +447824… instead of 07824… for the telephone number it worked and email came through immediately?
I cannot understand this?
Why will forms not send an email to the webmaster when a Hotmail account is used alongside a “normal” telephone number (without country code)
Is this ringing any bells for anybody?

Just thought I’d post a quick update on how I resolved this…
The issue was quite bizarre in that it only affected certain forms where end user entered a Hotmail/yahoo email address and 2 x telephone numbers.
Ourt form had an entry for MOBILE NUMBER and TELEPHONE NUMBER and if these were both completed along with a Hotmail email address, we would not receive any email notification.
If someone put +44789789789 instead of 0789789789 it would work!!
I fixed the issue by removing the MOBILE PHONE entry completely and having just the one option to place a single preferred contact number.
The form now works regardless of email address, tel no or country code.
IT was all VERY bizarre and require a serious amount of testing to identify the issue.
Hope it can help someone
