Fetch previously submitted details

I use QuForm to get Tournament Registrations every month. A lot of the same people fill up the form again. Is there a way to fetch their details as soon as they type the name/email address and QuForm automatically fills up all the fields?

Lastly, I’m not able to get rid of that huge gap between the title Tournament Registration and the form. I’ve tried enabling the Raw fix in the settings also but it didnt help.
