Form has entries but they do not show to export.

I have one form that shows 145 entries but when I select to preview and export, it shows no entries. The plugin is updated to most recent version and I also followed instruction at Code Canyon to switch forms back and forth to get entry to view but still did not work.

I searched but do not see any further suggestions on the forum so I apologize if there is a fix listed. I just can’t find it.

Hoping you can help as this is for a client and they are in middle of an enrollment period.

I’m hoping someone from support can check on this issue today? My client desperately needs to get these entries for their enrollment.
