Form has stopped sending email notificaitons

All the forms on the site have stopped sending email notificaitons.

I’ve updated everything, toubleshooted according to the online docs, installed SendGrid to ensure mail delivery works and checked the spam folder. No luck at all.

Could I give someone access to check it out?
