We are having an issue with one of our forms not sending properly the notification email to conditional recipients. Sometimes the email gets sent and sometimes it does not. Previously it seemed to work fine.
We have tested other forms and everything is being sent properly, so the issue should not be with our global SMTP settings.
On the form in question, we use a dropdown list with customized values to determine the conditional recipient who should receive the submission. The customized values for the dropdown field change from time to time, so sometimes we add or remove options in that dropdown.
Perhaps this is causing some wires to get crossed within Quform?
Either way, there seems to be some sort of bug. Through extensive testing we cannot get this form to send properly to the conditional recipients, even though it used to send properly previously and all other forms are working properly.

We are still having issues with not receiving all email submissions.
We have now sent along the requisite info as directed above to info@themecatcher.net
Thank you

Sorry to clarify – it is not the main recipients that are having the issue, but rather conditional ones.
The thing is that with this form and several others, we often have to update the labels / values for the dropdown field that determines the conditional recipients. That dropdown field is a list of courses, and the applicant’s selection of that field determines which conditional recipient receives the email. So when old courses finish or new ones open up, we are removing or adding to the list of labels / values of that field.
So the only thing that we can figure is, perhaps because of the frequent updating to the list of labels of the field that determines the recipient, that this somehow causes some wires to cross in Quform and that is why it is having the email issues?
