Google Maps Change when IPhorm field data change

Hello,

I want to do something great but i think that is to much for me i hope that you can helping me solving this problem.

Origin: Long Text
waypoints01: Long Text
waypoints02: Long Text
waypoints03 Long Text
Destination: Long Text

MAP: HTML

Total Time: html
Total Km/Miles: html

I trying to get data from Origin, waypoints and destination and send to the Map using this code:

i can't find the way to get data from the fields and i think when the fields Origin, waypoints and Destination are changed the maps do not refresh

After that i want to get data the time and km of the total distance and put in those 2 fields
Total Time, Total Km/Miles

if you can give me solution i will apreciate,
