Help! Autocalculation Form

Help! I am new to intricate forms and I need some help. I am trying to make a form that has the following details.

Drop Down: Name Selection
Text Input: Net Sales
Text Input: Credit Card Tips

Hidden Field 1: (Calculation of Net Sales * .005)
Hidden Field 2: (Calculation of Net Sales * .005)
Hidden Field 3: (Calculation of Net Sales * .03)
Text Field: (Total: Credit Card Tips – Hidden Field 1 – Hidden Field 2 – Hidden Field 3)

I have NO clue how to make these hidden fields calculate based upon the values entered in the input. Any Help would be GREATLY appreciated. Im Lost!
