licence key updation failure

I just now purchase the QUFORMS plugin

I have entered the purchase code under the licence key field
am I right in doing this?
because it is failing to update the licence key

please advice

I tried with Core Control plugin and found that all the HTTP transports ( CURL, HTTP, HTTP) are blocked.
It is our INTRANET security issue , so I could not request our IT admin team to unblock.
our internet connection passes thru the gateway firewall with usrname, psswed.

I could not do with private connection as the pligun has to be installed on our INTRANET server.

I would highly appreciate if you can kindly inform me an alternate way to update the licence.
