Locate several pages of form on a different wp page

Hello Ally,

I havent found this discussion on the forum, sorry if it has been discussed before.

I amtrying to find out if it would be possible to set a form in two parts: page 1 of form would be in a wordpress page, and on clicking “next” to go to the next form page, the user would be taken to another wordpress page or even a popup of the form.

The fields that the user fills in page 1 need to be part of the data that I will export from the form submission.
