Move Description available yet?

Hi, I have built a form using the plugin and wanted to move the description below the title. I searched these forums and saw that a year and a half ago you said you would be implementing this in the next update. Did you implement it and I am just not looking in the right place? How would I go about moving the description below the title for a multiple choice box?

Otherwise the plugin works great thanks.
