Need Help With 2 Things

Hello,
I need to create a form when a visitor clicks submit they will get an email that has a “message” in their email inbox.

Also, when I get notified there’s a form submission it comes from “WordPress”, how do you fix that?

Thanks for the instructions, those worked perfectly.

However, on removing “WordPress” by adding a name in the Name(optional) field in Forms – Setting – Global, for some reason it’s not saving. I type in the value, click save and when I refresh the screen it goes back to “Name (Optional)”.

Any idea why this is happening.
