Not all recipients receiving

I’m trying to send to multiple recipients. Of the 3 email addresses being used, the form only sends to the first person on the list.

The From address is the actual domain name.

I’ve also tried adding:

// Send the notification message
$mailer->SingleTo = true;

But still not sending to all recipients.

Is this not the correct forum to use for paid support? I really need to get this issue resolved.
