Not receiving email form notifications

For some reason I can’t receive email notifications of form entries. Theme is Quode Bridge. Contact form 7 entries come through fine to my email. I’ve set my form to use default addresses (which I have setup in Quform and also added recipients to the form. I’ve tested multiple emails addresses and still no luck. Is this a bug with my theme? Running the latest WordPress version. btw, nothing is showing up in my spam folder either.
