Nothing happens when clicking "Choose File" for some users

Hello,

We never had this problem with QuForm Version 1 but since we upgraded to Version 2

there are many users who reported they could not attach any file on the form.

Specifically they reported that nothing happens when they click “Choose File”.

We have not been able to reproduce this problem on our side but we tried

disabling AJAX, disabling Captcha, disabling script combining, and many other features

but we still getting report for this problem about 3-4 times a day.

We wish we could roll back to Version 1 but we have updated our WC too which

I remember Version 1 cannot be used.

Do you have any information regarding this type of issue?

Please advice how we can diagnose and solve this issue.
