PHP error when sending my form

I set up my form at

I have followed and created my forms base on the tutorials. However after I send my forms,
I get 2 PHP errors.

Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘phpmailerException’ with message ‘Could not instantiate mail function.’ in C:\wamp\www\wp-includes\class-phpmailer.php on line 779

Can someone help me?My wordpress installation is fresh, and I did not touch the wp-includes. Is this a server issue or did I forget to set something in my forms?
