Plugin Installation issues

I have seen this plugin used in several places and am a Big fan.

I purchased it yesterday and went to install it into a new site i am building but everytime I go to install the plugin it times out. If I re-attempt it says that the directory already exists.

I have stripped that directory several times via FTP, and the same error continues to occur. I have stried a manual upload via FTP, but WP then fails to see the plugin.

I would love to get this working.
