I have a check box in the beginning of a form with names of employees. ( around 9 employees) The employees that are present at their job check their names in the checkboxes ( usually 3 employees)
Further down in the form I want to populate a drop down with the checked employees ( so 3 employees names should appear ) There are around 20 drop downs that need to be populated with these three names from the upper checkbox
Its a long form and that would be a lot of functions , what is the best function or method to use to populate these fields Thank you
