    Hi guys

We recently purchased your plugin to use on the website for our publication of Better Mental Health Magazine. After installing we have found there are several display issues on various browsers, the main one being internet explorer.

Attached are 2 images of how the popup appears in IE, Firefox and Chrome.
Internet explorer is the most impacted and it appears to be related to all versions of that browser.

As the issue appeared in Optin-Monster we contacted their team who reviewed the test site. We also contacted the theme developers. Through discussion with both of these teams as well as our testing we can confirm the popups display correctly when your plugin is disabled.

The test site is available http://test.bmhmag.com and we can provide the login details on request.

Disabling all plugins and leaving just Optin Monster and QuForm running does cause the issue.

Can you please review how your contact for is interacting with the theme or the popup form and advise how this can be corrected? We would like to continue using your form software, however it is not functional or usable in the current state.

    Regards
    Luke

Is there any support available for your plugin? If not we will need to remove and arrange for a refund as it breaks our website.

    Hi Ally

    A short update.

Disabling the script options in the QUform settings did correct the issue on the test website, however on the live site the issue remains. The live site might have more CSS files, I am still to confirm that, but it appears there will be more than one factor causing the issue.

I will replicate the live site down again and continue with the testing and then advise shortly.

    Regards
    Luke
