Public Entries with Photo Upload

I wanted to see if it was possible to use Quform for a fan picture page. I wanted to make a form with an image uploader attatched that sent the entries to a fan pictures page that would display the uploaded picture with a couple fields they filled in via the form.

Is it possible to show entries on a public page with the fields and image they uploaded?
