Quform Custom Code plugin on WP Multisite

Hi,

I’m using Quform on a WP Multisite and I’ve created a new site in English (the main site is in Spanish). I’ve a Custom Code plugin to Confirm email field, for example.

The problem is that the Custom Code plugin is the same for all sites in the multisite and that when I’m adding a filter for ‘iphorm_element_valid_iphorm_1_91’ element, it applies to form 1 in all sites.

How can I diferentiate the site where the form is running to act accordingly?

The URL structure is:

• Main site (spanish): https://my.domain/…..
• English site: https://my.domain/en/…..
