hi,
QuForm works properly for a couple of months, and suddenly it stopped saving into the database. The email is sent out properly but the entries not saved into WordPress database.
I have checked the Forum posting below and have checked / tried the suggested method below but still not working. Please help. thanks

“In the Form Builder go to Settings – Entries and make sure “Save submitted form data” is ticked, it should be by default.When you go to Quform – Entries it will only list entries for the first form, go to Switch Form then choose the form name to see if the entries for that form are listed there.
If that fails can you try deactivating and reactivating the plugin and test a form submission to see if the entries now appear.”

This has also just happened on a client’s site, they had not kept the plugin up to date and updating seems to have resolved the issue.
Is their anyway to recover the entries? (please let me know if a new thread should be created for this)
