Quform input fields not responsive after your suggestion solution

Hi, Ally.

Thank you for giving us a great WordPress plugin for forms.

However, the web is getting so responsive now that I have to convert my site to the required. But your plugin is not able to do that on the fly yet. Have understood that I have to wait till v2 of Quform. However, after pasting your provided code to make my site responsive via my theme custom.css, it is still not fully able to be responsive, especially the input fields disappear when viewed from mobile and tablets. See this from your mobile please:

Kindly advise how I can solve this issue in the CSS.
