QuForm Lightbox Widget Error Spacious WP Theme

Hi,

I am having issues with the Quform widget on the Spacious WP theme – it keeps coming up with an error message.

The widget for embedded forms works fine.

Can you help?

All it says is the following

and the widget keeps trying to reload
