We’re running QuForm on WordPress hosted on a Windows server. The form is not sending the mail to the email addresses listed in the form settings. The messages are being stored on the site and submission confirmation messages are being sent successfully.
This has been resolved. The site’s email is being routed through a third party mail server. We updated the FROM address to a static email associated with domain registered with the third party email provider. The Reply To address was set to come from the email submitted on the form.
