Radio buttons and drop dock options to won't work on mobile

Hello,

I have two forms

Sell Your Knuckleboom Crane

and

Find a Knuckleboom Crane

The radio and drop down works fine on my desktop computer, and it allows works when you resize the page. When I use the form on my mobile phone (tried 3 different phones) the forms do know show the radio buttons and dropdown options.

Is there anyway to fix this?

OK so the dropdown are working, the problem is the radio buttons don’t show up, you can still click on them but it just doesn’t show the round dot.
