Relate user to their form

Hello Support,

I am looking for a way to relate the user back to their form after they have filled one out.

I have a member area and the goal would be to have a link that if they filled out a form (or forms) each would be visible.

I’m sure I could do this using their email (username or ID) to retrieve the data but I was wondering if you have some directions to get me started. I have not found anything on the site yet (and I may just be using incorrect verbiage).
