    Ok, here is the issue.

I created a form and tested it making about 50 entries.

Before I go live I want to reset the ID so the next entry starts again from 1 and not from 51.

    Is it possible?

    Hi,

Have you deleted the entries from the database ? The entry ID number is generated by the database during processing a successful form submission.

I am very surprised that you don’t know that even if all entries have been deleted, the entry id continues from the last one. For example if you submit 3 entries they will have id’s of 1,2,3. Then you delete all of them and the next form you submit receives entry_id=4.

    Hi,

It was just to make sure they’re all deleted. Now, you can follow this link here on how to restart the count. The most easiest way, through phpmyadmin, is in the operations section for the table, changing auto_increment to 1. There’s a screenshot in the 4th answer on the link.

    Regards,

    Félix
