"Reverse" use of inArray validator

I’m looking for a way to modify the function of the “inArray” validator a bit.

Instead of the processor permitting a form submission if certain values ARE in the array, I am looking for a way to get the form to process only if the values I have in the array are NOT entered into the form.

Any direction/input is really appreciated!
