Send unique code for subscribers

Hi, I need to send a unique code for subscribers.
needs work’s like this:

The visitor send a e-mail using the quform.
and the autoresponse send to him a unique code. (like autoresponser)

like this one:

We send a code via autoreply email (using quform), but we need to save this code in database to export in future.

Following the steps listed above, I’m getting this error when I try to activate the plugin:

“Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘my_set_unique_code_in_email’ (T_STRING) in /home/ipd2014new/public_html/wp-content/plugins/quform-custom-code/quform-custom-code.php on line 36”

Any suggestions?
