We discovered that the plugin wasn’t updating properly and as a result on multiple sites that we manage. As a result, the quform submissions were being e-mailed out, but were not being saved in the wordpress database. We figured out how to get the plugin to update properly, but I had another site randomly un-verifify the license and the problem appeared again, even though it was on the latest update.
I re-entered the key and that fixed it, but we lost about a week’s worth of data. How do I make sure that this doesn’t happen? Is there a way to get notified if a license key is having issues?
