I have several forms on my site, one of the forms keeps throwing a “Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined”. I have not done anything different with this form that I have not done with the others. Again all other forms do not throw this error.

I am using Quform for WordPress plugin version 1.10.0
    Wordpress 4.5.9

I have included screen shot of error log from Google Chrome

Here is the page that throws the error http://www.boisepaper.com/dare2compare/

No I do not have a plugin that moves script to bottom. Why do the other Quforms in the site not throw the same error? Here is another Quform form on a different page on the same site that does not throw an error.
