We have recently started using Quform on one of our sites, because of the fact that you could hide fields using the conditional logic.
Every thing was working great then all of a sudden it stopped working and started getting the following error. Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token }, now all the conditional logic fields does not work any more (not being hidden).
I have tried reinstalling the plug in but did not fix the problem.

Yes, have tried deactivating all the plugins and changing to a base default them but still no luck.
This error is causing conditional logic to not work correctly (Fields that should be hidden until a condition is met is showing). One of the forms is on the following page if you click on the enquire button. http://www.easylifekitchens.co.za/product/easylife-kitchens-50/Would be a great help if you could have a look, will send the a user details?
Thanks again.
