When adding dropdown menu, error saving form

I can create and save a form, however once I add a dropdown menu, I get error saving form.

I disabled all plugins, but get same error. Where can I turn on debug logging?

I have enabled logging and tried to add the dropdown box. I get the error, but nothing ever gets logged.

I also get an error saving form, when adding css for “text input elements”
