When to load scripts/styles

Hi, is it possible not load scripts on our home page only? We have a newsletter on every page except our landing page. We have too many URL’s to add an exception to, and autodetect doesn’t seem to work on custom post types. Thanks!

Unfortunatley I overlooked that I have 2 forms, so the other form is now affected.
Can we add into the above code another page /contact/ ?
