Contacts received by email but missing from records

Hello,

The last 2 enquiries we have had have come through via email but are not showing in the Quform records on the site.

I tested the form and the contacts come through on both email and the site immediately, but the form ID has skipped 2 places.

I found this in the forum but have not been able to find the problem:

Data missing from records, but received by email

It’s pretty disconcerting as we almost missed a couple of enquiries.

Any help with this would greatly appreciated.
